At Stickyvibez, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality stickers that you'll love. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order fits these criteria, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used tattoo sticker packs
- Orders with incorrect size/design selected by the customer
How to Request a Return
To file a claim, please email us at pakosindia@gmail.com with the following:
- A proper unboxing video clearly showing the opening of the package.
- Clear images of the defective product.
- Images of the original packaging and courier cover.
Once your claim is verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Size Discrepancies
If your concern is related to size issues, please include:
- Clear images of the product placed next to a measuring scale.
- Photos that clearly show the mismatch from the selected size.
Our production team will evaluate and verify the issue before proceeding with a resolution.
Important Notes:
- If the product was damaged during unpacking (e.g., by scissors or sharp objects), a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.
- If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
- If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and (if applicable) received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, as we begin processing immediately.
- Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Delivery & RTO (Prepaid Orders)

Customers are requested to be available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

If the delivery partner is unable to deliver the order due to non-response or unavailability, the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

In case of RTO due to customer unavailability, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reshipping of the order will be done only after payment of applicable reshipping charges.
- Refund (if requested) will be processed after deducting shipping, return handling, and other processing costs incurred due to the return of the shipment.
